Pay By Phone

To make your payment by phone, call 731-642-0006. Press "3" to speak to a customer service representative. At this time, you cannot use your new account number to pay using the automated service, but that is coming soon! If you have your old account number, that will still work!

Pay By Text

Register on-line following the instructions above

Once your account is created, click on the drop down arrow next to your name in the top right corner of your account screen and choose “Edit Profile.”

Under “Contact Info,” enter your cell phone number and click “Verify Number.”

You will then receive a text with a validation code. Enter that code on the website and click “Validate.”

The screen will update and a Phone PIN field with appear with a new 4-digit PIN. This is your personal PIN that will be used when making a payment by text or checking your account balance.

Click “Save Changes” at the bottom of the screen.

To see your options for communicating with us via text, text “#HELP” to 731-540-4004 (which is the same number you will receive the validation code from).

Save this number to your contacts! This information can also be found on-line by clicking “Pay by Phone/Text Help” on your account screen.
