Upon receipt of this request, we will assign this with a driver for pickup. I understand that the driver will then place on his route and will retrieve the building as soon as possible. I understand that PMB Rentals, LLC and RTO Rentals, LLC will not be held responsible for any items left in the building. The building needs to be cleaned out prior to the availability date listed herein. I understand that I am responsible for all payments and fees that have come due at the time of the building availability listed above. I am also responsible for the building in its entirety until it has been retrieved by the driver. In addition, we agree that we will not attempt to retrieve the building before the date listed above. If the driver arrives and the building is found to be irretrievable or denied for retrieval on or after the date listed above, I agree that I may be responsible for the fees of $300.00 plus tax in addition to all Rental Payments that have come due as of that date.
