This depends on the size and style of the building you are interested in. Generally, one month’s rent is required to get started.
There is no interest rate or finance charge. The lease purchase agreement is a month-to-month rental. You simply pay a monthly rental payment to continue to use the storage building. After you have paid your contract term (either 36, 48, or 60 monthly payments) you will own the building you have been renting!
Yes, you will pay more than the cash price of the building by spreading your payments over a period of time. This can be very helpful depending on your financial circumstances and there is a discount for paying off the building early.
In most cases, the first payment is due after the outdoor building has been delivered. We will send you a Welcome Packet upon receipt and processing of your contract. It will tell you when your first payment is due and explain your payment options.
While you are renting the shed, you cannot make any changes to it. You can customize the building once payments have been completed and you own the shed!
Yes! You can put down a larger initial payment which will lower your monthly payments.
Yes! There is no penalty for paying off your agreement early. In fact, we give you a discount for early payoff.
You may pay off the building at any time and save money. You should call our customer service department for your early buyout amount as the early buyout discount depends on the agreement term and what is currently owed. Call 731-642-0006 and press 3 to speak with a customer service representative.
Simply call us and we will pick up the shed. A pick-up fee may apply; however, this is still a much better option than traditional financing where you would not be able to terminate your obligation so easily!
No, as this is a month-to-month rental agreement there are no refunds available. The money you pay to us each month is rent.
To move a building to another location, contact our office with the new address. Moving must be done by an authorized hauling company. We will contact the hauler and authorize them to move the building for you. You are responsible for all the costs of moving the building.
Yes, with advance notice, the installer can unload the building from the trailer and maneuver it onto the site with some specialized equipment. The installer will discuss your specific needs when the delivery is scheduled.
We will work with you to facilitate necessary repairs; however, you are responsible for repair costs if the building is damaged while on your property UNLESS you are enrolled in our Liability Damage Waiver (“LDW”) program and all payments are current at the time of the incident.
