So glad I got in touch with Andrew & Steve with PMB services. Andrew had previously delivered and installed 2 storage buildings on our unleveled property. He did an awesome job of setting them up where we wanted them and perfectly level. … More Later on we purchased a 16x40 repo from another company. That company did not set the 16x40 up level and failed to correct it on a second visit. Well that was enough of that, so I reached out to Andrew of PMB Services and told him about my issue. Andrew came by, saw the issues, and returned in a couple of days with his partner Steve.Andrew & Steve were exceptional!!They leveled our 16x40 in 1 hour and took the time to make sure we were happy with it before they left.(not so with the other company). I was able to get the 20ft by 12ft lofted building. Great building. Due to COVID I missed 2 payments and they repossessed it. I understood because this is not what we discussed when I signed the papers. Unfortunately they did not let me … More know they were coming to get it and I had it 1/2 full of my tools, saws, drills and electrical material. I was out of town when they came picked it up so as soon as I got home and realized what had happened I went to that storage lot to load up my stuff. This was 2 days after the repossession. Everything I had in the building was gone. This location unlocks the buildings and leaves them unLocked 24/7 in an effort to re-sale the building. On the conservative side there was over $8,000. in tools and saws and material. Thier response was “Sorry about your luck”. It wiped me out. -

These are really quality built storage buildings. Plenty of room in the 10x16 Lofted Barn for my riding mower and a lot left over for a work bench and storage. I like the overhead lofts to get stuff off the floor. -

Back in September I requested to have the building picked up and returned to PMB. They agreed to come pick it up. It is now April and they have been calling me at least once a month to ask for payment or to see if I want the building picked … More up. I inform them EVERY time that I have already requested to have the building picked up. This last time I spoke to the manager and she stated there was no records of my past calls and that I would be responsible for past missed payments. What kind of business is this? You can see from all of their bad reviews that they have horrible customer service and management.EDIT: After writing this review they contacted me and were will to be reasonable. They resolved to issue completely and to my satisfaction. Thank you for accepting responsibility. It shows a lot when a company does the right thing. -
